Important Dates
Bachelor Degree Grads:
- Order your graduation announcements & accessories in: December, January, and February.
- Graduation announcement orders will ship March 10th – 24th and will ship Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
- Graduation announcements should be mailed to family and friends to arrive 14-21 days prior to your commencement
(approximately April 22nd).
- Caps & Gowns will be ordered at “Senior Fest” on Wed. Feb. 1st in the Globe Room, at the CAT from 2pm ~ 7pm.
You must first apply to graduate in the Graduation Evaluation Office before you can place a cap & gown order.
- Deadline to order a cap & gown unit and avoid a late fee is: Monday, March 5th.
- Any cap & gown order placed March 6th and after will be assessed a $15 late fee.
- Bachelor Degree Cap & Gown Distribution date(s) and time(s) on campus (Martin Centre):

- PhD. Academic Apparel will be distributed at the Doctoral Dinner, on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Bozarth.
